“The possibility of allowing the Ukrainian Armed Forces to use long-range Western missiles to deeply strike Russia is being discussed. Playing with fire in this way can have dangerous consequences. As President Vladimir Putin said, we will make appropriate decisions based on our understanding of the threats posed by the West.
