The National Police arrested five people “in flagrante delicto” in Algemesí (Valencia), four men and one woman, aged 21 to 48accused of stealing carts filled with goods from the Agricultural Cooperative, as reported by Head Office in a press release.
The events occurred this Friday around 4 p.m., when agents carrying out delinquency prevention tasks were mandated by CIMACC Room 091. go to the Algemesí cooperativewhere a group of around twenty people looted the store of the said cooperative.
Citizen security informers belonging to the Alzira-Algemesí National Police Station went to the scene and other Frank police officers on duty collaborated with them when they realized what had happened.
Upon arrival, officers observed several people leaving the business with shopping carts full of items, so they were immediately intercepted.

The troops managed to recover the items they intended to loot inside the cooperative. Following these events, the perpetrators arrested five people, four of whom had criminal records, as being allegedly responsible for the crime of forceful theft. They should be brought to justice.
On the other hand, during another citizen security intervention carried out in the Valencian town of Torrent, agents arrested this evening a 33-year-old man of Moroccan origin, after committing a forceful theft from a vehicle after breaking the window and removing the belongings from inside.
At the same time, in the city of Valencia, the National Police arrested two men this evening, aged 19 and 22, of Spanish and Moroccan originthanks to citizen collaboration, after being stopped by several pedestrians while they were handling the doors of several vehicles. After a security search of their property, officers located various stolen items in several parked cars and were recovered.
