Ensuring the safety of the residents of the house, the attempt was prevented by the police officers and the suspect was neutralized with a service weapon.
The suspect of committing the crime was identified as Elshan Zaur oghlu Hakhverdiyev, born in 1999, who had previously been convicted of crimes related to intentional harm to health, illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
