Lapilly also explained that the victim said he reported the component of the same case to the East Jakarta police who use suspicion or allegations if the report violated various laws that laws related to general criminal acts and laws related to special criminal activities.
“The victim reported that the reported party allegedly made fraud and/or losses when the victim bought a used car. Another was, the victim reported the reported alleged violation of consumer protection when the victim bought a used car,” he explained.
“So the reported case is not about the case of motor vehicle theft as written in the video,” he added.
He said the investigator had taken maximum steps to collect evidence to conduct a case title.
“The final conclusion of the case title that the report related to the alleged violation of criminal acts of consumer protection stopped investigating because it was not a criminal offense. The case reported in connection with alleged fraud and/or prevention was administered,” he concluded.
