Pop and rock stars rain down at the first autumn festival in Príncipe Pío

With autumn begins the season of “indoor” festivals and like every year, CaixaBank Madrid Live Experience debuts in Madrid with a line-up that combines British legends like Bonnie Tyler or Jethro Tull, idols of Spanish song like Álex Ubago or Mikel Erentxun, and more contemporary proposals like Leo Rizzi, Siloé and Club del Río.

From September 26 to October 2, the CaixaBank Príncipe Pío Theater will be filled with music, starting this Thursday with former Duncan Dhu as part of the tour for his latest album ‘Septiembre’. Leo RizziUruguayan-Spanish artist and one of the most rising figures of the current Spanish and Latin indie-pop scene, will also be present this year at the event next Friday, exclusively presenting his first album ‘Pájaro Azul’, in a concert linked to the pre-sale of the album: to obtain an entry you will have to submit a proof of purchase on the artist’s website.

The festival will feature a concert by the international artist on Saturday, September 28. Bonnie Tylerknown for iconic songs such as “Total Eclipse of the Heart” or “Holding Out for a Hero”. The singer and songwriter celebrates the release of her third live album ‘In Berlin’, recorded in 2019 at the Admiralspalast theater, a compilation of the greatest hits of her career.

For its part, Spanish music will have an important weight in the new edition of the event with the performance of the musician and singer-songwriter Álex Ubago, this Sunday, September 29. The artist will take to the stage at the CaixaBank Príncipe Pío Theater to celebrate the launch of his new album, which coincides with his twenty years of experience in music and with his next work ready to be released at the end of the year.

Jethro TullThe legendary rock band led by the incombustible Ian Anderson, will also be present at the fourth edition of Caixabank Madrid Live Experience, on Monday, September 30. The band, formed in 1967, is considered a living legend of music and will arrive in Madrid rejuvenated by the two splendid albums it has released after twenty years without a release, “The Zealot Gene” (2022) and “RökFlöte” (2023).

On Tuesday, October 1st, the Valladolid group Siloam will pass through the Príncipe Pío stage with a repertoire of songs intended to be sung in large venues such as “Rien qui te regarde”, “Tous les baisers” or “La vérité”, and as a final touch, on Wednesday 2nd The festival will host the performance of Club del Río, a Madrid group that is celebrating ten years of musical experience in the best possible way, on tour for the launch of its new album ‘All around’, released last April.

As a novelty of this fourth edition, on Saturday September 28, the project will be received Family rock to present “Long live Spanish pop!”, a live musical show to enjoy the best of Spanish pop from the 80s and 90s with the little ones in the house.

In addition, the group of children Pica Pica returns on Sunday, September 29th to the festival matinees with its playful musical show.
