The criminal trial against popular artist Aghadash Agayev will take place.
Oku.Az It is reported that the accused Aghadash Agayev came to court in connection with the court session presided over by Judge Vusal Taghiyev at the Binagadi district court.
The trial will begin in the next few minutes.
It should be noted that Nazakat Pashayeva, the housekeeper who was hit by the ax thrown by Aghadash Agayev, and Nureddin Jalilov, with whom she had an argument, were recognized as victims in the criminal case.
The People’s Artist is found guilty under article 221.3 of the Criminal Code (vandalism – 221.3 (when committed using objects used as weapons).
