Technically, health care will be carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs as a person responsible for the people’s school in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.
“The plan is that later, on July 7, we will begin to check the free health in people’s schools,” said the Minister of Health Budy Gunadi Sadikin after a meeting at the level of free health checks at the Ministry of PMC, Dzhakarta, Thursday (3/7/2025).
Free health testing is one of the priority programs of the President of Prabowo Subianto to ensure that Indonesian people remain healthy. This program is aimed at 280 million recipients. “This year, our goal is primarily 50 million,” said Gunadi.
He explained that the program for a free health test was carried out from February 10, 2025 in various start -ups throughout Indonesia as the President’s birthday for the people.
It is planned that after the completion of the free health test for students of schoolchildren on July 7, 2025, the turn of students came under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) and under the leadership of religion (Kemenag). “Then on August 1 he continued free health checks in all schools under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Religion,” he explained.
Budi Gunadi Man is aimed at the total number of participants in a free health test in this school, in which more than 52 million beneficiaries. While still participants who have checked free health on the start -ups reached 11 million people. “With a speed of 200 thousand a day or now it can be about 5 million a month,” he said.
It is expected that he considered free health tests in Puskesmas, aimed at 40 million people. Thus, in order to achieve the goal of 50 million people this year, the Ministry of Health will conduct a free health testing program in schools.
