Liputan6.com, jakarta – The Government of the Province (PEMPROV) DKI Jakarta encourages a special place for smoking in entertainment institutions, as it turned out in the regional regulation project without cigarettes (KTR Rangerda).
“What needs to be regulated is all entertainment institutions, they want karaoke, clubs, everything you want to be in public places that people smoke. But everyone (entertainment places) must prepare a place so that people can smoke, ”said the governor of DKI DKIA Pramono Anung Vibovo in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Saturday (5/7/202555555).
Special space is aimed at the separation of smokers from those who do not smoke. Thus, there is a closed place that does not interfere with each other.
With this scheme, Permono said, visitors to the entertainment hall can still smoke, but only in the special room that was provided.
“For example, you are karaoke, you can no longer smoke in karaoke. But if you want to smoke, from a room to a special place to smoke. This is established, ”said Pramono.
The Government of the DKI JAKARTA province emphasized that the ratification of the regional regulation of KTR should be carefully performed so as not to have a negative impact on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMES).
The approval was transferred to Permono after signing the regulation in relation to smoking.
“I met with the guide to regulate the cigarette draft, as well as the leadership of the whole body in DPRD, which prepared regulation. I pass it, I do not want this MSME to be violated from the regulation, ”Permono explained.
