President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyevfirst lady Mehriban Aliyeva and his children Heydar Aliyev participated in the opening of Victory Park in Baku on November 8.
AZERTAC reports that the Head of State raised the tricolor state flag of Azerbaijan here.
Wreaths and bouquets were then laid in front of the Victory monument in the park.
Later, the Head of our State addressed the people.
