Oku.Az Armenian President Vaghan Khachaturyan told Reuters.
“We hope that sooner or later this moment will come,” said the Head of State.
He also announced the successful progress of negotiations between Armenia and Türkiye on the opening of land borders for third-country citizens and diplomatic passport holders.
“This is a sign that true diplomatic relations between States have become a reality,” the president said.
