“I’m glad to be in your country.”
“Informe” reports that this was stated by the president of the Spanish club “Barcelona” Juan Laporta, who came to Baku to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) , in his statement to journalists at the airport.
He thanked Azerbaijan for the invitation:
“I came to Baku for the summit. I am happy to be in your country. I thank Azerbaijan.”
