National Police officers arrested him after the incident in which he participated in the San Pedro Regalado neighborhood. Apparently, without any provocation, there was scolded a man who was taking his two youngest children to school through the window. When the patrol arrived, several citizens present on the street approached the attackers to tell them that this was not an isolated incident. The officers then went to interview the alleged perpetrator and convinced him to voluntarily go public. Once in the street, they persuaded him to hand over the weapon with which he had fired the shots and the National Police, who acted with the Municipal Police on this occasion, proceeded to arrest him.
The officers entered the house with the inmate himself to retrieve the 4.5mm pellet gun.
