The husband of the woman found dead in the basement of her house in Villalbilla has been imprisoned, accused of the murder of the victim. The Civil Guard found the body of the woman who had been missing since August 31 in the Madrid city of Villalbilla in the basement of her house and arrested her husband, both Hare Krishna sympathizers, while investigating whether she had died violently. It was the husband who reported the disappearance to the Civil Guard barracks 11 days ago, on September 4, but his confused statements made him a suspect. Finally, the Civil Guard showed up at the house, arrested the husband on Sunday, September 8, and found the body of his partner in the basement where they said their prayers. The victim, according to the autopsy report, died after taking pills and an investigation is currently underway to determine whether the husband contributed to her death.
