Proceedings are opened against Ana Millán, Ayuso’s “number 3”, for a case of embezzlement in Arroyomolinos

He High Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM) opened proceedings against Ana Millán, current deputy secretary of Organization and Elections of the PP of Madrid and “number three” of Isabel Díaz Ayuso within the party, for prevarication related to several allegedly irregular contracts which were awarded during his stay at the Arroyomolinos town hall.

The alleged irregular contracts were already being investigated by the First Instance and Investigating Judge Number 6 of Navalcarnero, who inhibited in favor of the TSJM in the investigation due to Millán’s condition of being certified being vice-president of the Madrid Assembly.

As reported by the TSJM in a press release, the court sent the case file (numerous diaries, several CDs, diskettes and notebooks) to the Civil and Criminal Chamber a few weeks ago. Once received, the Supreme Court of Madrid appointed Judge Francisco José Goyena to handle the procedure.

Now, according to Europa Press, he will be transferred to The Superior Prosecutor’s Office of the Community of Madrid will decide whether or not to admit the file. followed against the “number three” of the Madrid PP. The speaker for this admission or non-admission will be Judge Goyena. If he were admitted, an investigating judge should be appointed, according to the same sources.
