In January-October of this year, pharmaceutical products worth 18.6 million manats were produced in the country, 68.4 percent more than in the same period last year.
Oku.Az reports that, according to the report of the State Statistics Committee, the production of medical masks increased by 29.4 percent compared to 10 months last year and amounted to 2.2 million units, while the production of medicines increased 12.1 percent and reached 8.57 million manats in terms of value.
As of November 1 of this year, there were 6 million medical masks and 967.2 million manats of prepared medicines in the country.
