The judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court Ángel Hurtado, instructor of the file opened to the Attorney General of the State for the alleged revelation of confidential data of the boyfriend of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, agreed this Monday to summon the Secretary General of the PSOE of Madrid, Juan Lobato.
The appearance will take place on Friday, November 29 at 10 a.m.
The instructor explains that he accepts this summons in view of the information published today in ABC regarding the criminal acts that are being investigated in this procedure and the possible contribution that, in order to clarify them, it could make.
In the judgment, the magistrate indicates that Lobato must provide a copy of the report of the notarial declarations that he would have made in relation to the events, according to journalistic information.
On the other hand, the instructor issued an order in which he refuses to accept the preventive and/or provisional suspension of Álvaro García Ortiz as Attorney General of the State and of María Pilar Rodríguez as Attorney General of the Province of Madrid, which was interested in the accusations of Clean Hands and the Professional and Independent Association of Prosecutors.
