The Governor of West Java Dedi Mulyadi plans to include problem students who will contact the military barracks. The deputy speaker of the House of Representatives of the Sufmi Dasco said that the discourse was new and was supposed to study first.

According to him, local authorities should take into account aspects of cultural differences, systems of devices and institutions in each country.
