Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived on a working visit to Turkmenistan, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
In Ashgabat the Russian president will participate in the international forum “The relationship of times and civilizations: the basis of peace and development.” The event is dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the classic Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.
In addition, the Head of State will hold talks with the President of Iran. Masoud Pezeshkian.
