The minister stated that currently 98.9% of residential buildings and 98% of social establishments are prepared for winter.
“The heating season has started in 1,686 municipal districts in 72 regions. “Heating has been launched in all municipalities in 43 regions,” – he added.
“We are actively preparing for winter. I hope everything is done. In fact, there is a lot of work throughout the country.” – answered the president.
