Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the founder of the creative association “AMiK”, KVN host, Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Maslyakov. The corresponding telegram was published on the official Kremlin portal.
The Head of State called Maslyakov a man of multifaceted talent, one of those passionate and dedicated professionals who personify Russian television and determine its appearance.
“And, of course, its name is inextricably linked with the “Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful”. Thanks in large part to Alexander Maslyakov, KVN became a unique phenomenon in Russian culture, uniting talented young people and gaining popularity throughout the country.” – the president emphasized.
Putin is confident that the bright memory of Alexander Maslyakov will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones, friends and numerous admirers of his work.
“Please accept my deepest condolences, words of solidarity and support in this difficult time.” – says at the end of the address.

Alexander Maslyakov has been leading KVN since 1964. During his time on television, he received numerous awards and became a full-fledged holder of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland.
