President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on his birthday.
The text of the message was published on Saturday, October 5, by the press service of the Tajik head of state. It follows that Putin plans to meet with Rakhmon “in the coming days” in Moscow.
“On the eve of our meeting, which will take place in the coming days in Moscow, I express to you, dear Emomali Sharifovich, my sincere wishes for good health, peace of mind and new successes in government activities.” – wrote Putin.
He also emphasized that Russia appreciates the efforts of the Tajik leader aimed at further strengthening the strategic partnership and alliance between our countries, as well as the development of mutually beneficial relations within the framework of SAAD, the CIS and the SCO.
