The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, approved this Tuesday a nuclear doctrine which allows answers with nuclear weapons with a view to conventional attacks which threaten the sovereignty of Russia and Belarus.
The document will also consider “joint attack”, the aggression of a country without atomic weapons, but benefiting from the support of a nuclear power.
This doctrine comes 48 hours after the authorization of Joe Biden so that kyiv can use long-range American missiles to attack Russian soil.
