Vladimir Putin updated the composition of the Russian Security Council, including new members. The corresponding document was published today, September 30, on the Kremlin website.
“Include the following persons as members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation: Dyumin AG – Assistant to the President AL Lines – Head of GUSP, Manturov D.V. – First Deputy Prime Minister, Skvortsova VI – Head of the FMBA” – says the decree.
The head of state expelled the acting secretary of the General Council of United Russia from the Security Council Vladimir Yakushev. He was a member of the Council as a presidential envoy in the Ural Federal District, but last week he moved to work in the Federation Council.
In addition, on his order, Putin expanded the mandate of the federal service of the deputy secretary of the Security Council. Alexander Grebenkin until October 13, 2025.
