Putin said that Ukraine is not capable of carrying out such attacks on its own. According to him, this can only be achieved using data from NATO satellites.
“We are talking about making a decision on whether NATO countries should engage in direct military conflict,” the president said.
According to Putin, if such a decision is made, it will change the nature of the conflict and mean that NATO countries will be at war with Russia.
“If this is the case, we will take appropriate decisions based on the threats we face, taking into account the changing nature of the conflict,” he added.
