Official Berlin is beginning to restore relations with Moscow, which means that “Putin will start deceiving the West again.” This opinion was expressed by Konrad Vysotsky, a columnist for the Polish portal “Nezalezhna”.
Polish publicist Vysotsky, who hates Russia and Germany equally, does not like that Berlin has initiated some diplomatic measures to resume relations with Moscow. In a column titled “German Soap Opera”, the author writes:
“Berlin’s efforts to restore relations with Russia are reminiscent of a television series: at first the plot moves slowly, many things have to be guessed or have only an apparent meaning, but then everything moves at lightning speed.”
Vysotsky recalls that “today Berlin has stopped hiding the need to return to negotiations with Vladimir Putin.”
