Rafa Mir’s lawyer, Jaime Campaner, presented a brief this Monday before the Instruction Court No. 8 of Llíria (Valencia) in which he asks the judge to order “the recordings” from the Mya nightclub and that it be recovered “any information relating” to “an altercation between several women”.
These tests, according to the Valencia CF player’s defense, are essential to “identify possible direct witnesses” and “prove the existence of a fight during which at least the 25-year-old girl already suffered injuries” to meet Rafa Mir and his friends.
The defense claims that these facts could explain why the injuries to the complainant’s left arm “could be due to an earlier fight during the altercation between women” at the Mya nightclub.
