Regarding the nature of the incidents, most notices referred to specific flooding of basements, terraces and ground floors of homes, in addition to traffic incidents linked to the accumulation of water and mud on the roads of the secondary network. In this sense, road maintenance intervened on the A-471, due to the accumulation of mud and mud, at kilometer 57 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The orange level – significant risk – is also active until 9:00 p.m. in the Grazalema region and on the coast of Cádiz, and until the end of the day this Saturday in the Campiñas of Córdoba and Seville and in the Litoral, Andévalo and Condado. This team analyzes and controls the adverse alerts that reach the Coordination Center, through the National Meteorological Agency, and supervises their dissemination among the municipalities of the affected regions and areas for the adoption, if possible, of preventive and emergency measures. intervention. Likewise, it guarantees rapid information of the population to prevent risks and avoid incidents.

Monitoring the phenomenon also includes the creation of incident monitoring maps to know in real time the impact of the storm in different parts of the region. This permanent observation not only makes it possible to anticipate the response if necessary, but also to structure all the mechanisms to guarantee at all times that the demands of the population due to the storm are met.
