Rare Skyline GT-R stolen from Nissan headquarters

A rare Skyline GT-R R32 coupe was stolen from Nissan headquarters.

Oku.Az reports that news.com.au reported on it.

The 1991 car is noted to have been stolen from Nissan’s head office in Melbourne.

Representatives of the Japanese brand actively cooperate with local police, who are trying to find criminals without delay. Additionally, the company asks anyone with information about the vehicle’s location to contact police immediately.

The stolen “Nissan Skyline GT-R” is painted in an unusual red color for this model and also has the license plate “GTR 091”, the numbers of which refer to the year of manufacture of the sports car. In total, between 1989 and 1994, the company imported one hundred GT-Rs of this generation to Australia.

The stolen example became part of the official collection of Nissan’s Australian branch in 2015 and has since been displayed at many of the company’s promotional events. The estimated value of the stolen sports car is 250 thousand Australian dollars (about 286.5 thousand manats).
