Beşiktaş Secretary General Kaan Shakul announced that the Court of Arbitration for Sport has imposed a fine of 1.4 million euros on the club after Rashid Gezzal appealed to the court.

The club’s manager assessed this situation as a serious financial burden for Beşiktaş and stressed that the process created great difficulties for the club.
