Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport will launch a scheduled bus flight from Barda to Khankendi starting tomorrow as part of the “Great Return” program.
Oku.Az reports that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has published information on this matter.
The aim was stated to be to provide quality transport infrastructure and services to citizens living in the territories free of occupation.
Buses will depart from the bus station in the city of Barda at 07:00, 11:30 and 16:30, and from Khankendi at 09:00, 14:30 and 18:30. The city of Khojaly has been designated as an intermediate point on the Khankendi-Barda flight.
The Barda-Khankendi flight and the Barda-Khojali intermediate flight have been integrated into the “biletim.az” portal. The price of a ticket in the Barda-Khankendi direction is 2.8 manats, and in the Barda-Khojali direction – 2.5 manats.
When purchasing tickets online through the portal, it is mandatory to obtain permits in accordance with the rules of authorization to enter the occupied territories.
