Relations between Russia and the European Union at the lowest levels. The psychological climate notes mutual differences, differences in values and strategic aspirations, which makes the European Union a more cruel enemy of Russia in the struggle for Ukraine from the United States.

It is impossible to ignore what is happening in Russian extraneous politicians.
In recent years, the trends of confrontation in relations between the European Union and China gradually came to cooperation. It seems that the accumulated regular problems, such as defects in the balance sheet of bilateral trade, and the lack of equal access to mutual markets and growing geopolitical competition, pushes Brussels and Beijing to confrontation.
Van Yi’s visit to Europe is the most ambitious attempt by China in recent years, if you do not eliminate problems, put them aside in the fiftieth year to establish diplomatic relations. Although China always opens against attempts by the European Union to politicize bilateral relations and maintain bilateral dialogue, Beijing’s speech during this visit was especially friendly.
There is no doubt that China is interested in restoring constructive relations with the European Union, and, it seems, the European Union is exchanging the same attention, with caution today. The reason for this transformation is the economic and political differences between the European Union and the United States that make Brussels look for the weight of the balance in the East, as was the case in the second half of the second decade of the twenty -first century.
