Karo – The Kabanjah District Court Judicium Committee imposed a lifelong sentence on Ginting alias Bulang. Bulang was punished for being legally and convincingly proven to kill Tribata TV reporters, Rico Perfect Pasaribu and three family members.
The judgment against Bulang was counted in a trial on Thursday (27.03.2025) in the Kabanjah District Court Chairman of the Judges.

In the case, Bulang, who was the murderer’s brain, was not understood alone. The murder was also sentenced to two tests.
Namely, Yunus Saputra Tarigan, who was also sentenced to lifetime imprisonment, and the Rudi Apri Sembing Sembing, who was sentenced to 20 years of prison.
The judges’ collection believes that the three defendants were legally and convincingly guilty of murdering a murder planned for the commission of a criminal offense as the first prosecutor’s prosecutor’s accusation of Article 340 Jo Article 55 of Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
There are burdensome things in the consideration of the judges’ collection, namely the action of the three accused is very sadistic and far from the value of humanity. The defendant’s actions caused death not only to the victim Rico Perfect Pasaribu and his wife, but also against two innocent people, namely the Rico victim’s child and grandchild.
