A young man who fell into a water well in Baku was rescued.
Oku.Az informs that this was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
It was reported that the organization’s hotline “112” received information about a person who fell into a water well and was left in a dangerous situation in the Khazar district of the city of Baku.
Given the information, rescuers from the ministry’s Special Risks Rescue Service immediately responded to the call.
By assessing the operational conditions at the scene, it was determined that Ismayilov Vagif Emin, born in 2008, was trying to save a dog that had fallen into a water hole approximately 30 meters deep in the yard of a private house, and He himself fell into the well and was left in a dangerous situation.
Rescuers rescued V. Ismayilov and the dog from the well with the help of climbing equipment.
