Israel imposed civil defense restrictions in northern Haifa, limiting the number of participants in public gatherings due to the threat of shelling.

“After assessing the situation, it was decided to amend the regulations on civil protection. Mass gatherings are limited to 30 participants in open spaces and 300 participants in closed spaces,” the statement said.
Residents of Haifa and further north, including all of Galilee and the Golan Heights, are only able to work and study near safe buildings.
