The prosecution is seeking a five-year prison sentence for the accused in the trial taking place this Monday at the provincial court.

The events occurred on July 13, 2022, when the accused, as reported by the prosecution in its provisional conclusions, asked the girl, who was his oldest student, to accompany him to a room in the establishment to retrieve a handkerchief with which he was going to prepare a match.

The prosecution first asks the accused five years in prisonthree for the crime of sexual assault and two others for the crime of bodily harm, since the victim suffered abrasions and psychological problems following the events for which she required specialized treatment.
The hearing is scheduled for September 2, starting at 9:30 in the morning, before the second section of the Provincial Court of Valencia.
