According to this, all candidates in the process of hiring must explain in the future that they do not belong to any extremist organization or belong to the last five years. Anyone who refuses to explain this declaration and cannot find out doubts regarding their own constitutional loyalty will not be a civil servant or introduced into public service.
The basis for this is the list of constitutional protection of the state with extremist groups and organizations, in which there are actually a sufficient amount of anti -constitutional efforts. AFD is also on this list, which is regularly updated.
Administrative regulation will be applied to new employees in the future. On the contrary, membership in an extremist organization may be related to disciplinary legislation for those who are already in the public service. According to the ministry, a certain case was decisive. In the case of proven violations of constitutional loyalty, the distance from the service threatens.
“Constitutional loyalty is not a desire, there are no recommendations, without Lippa, this is an immovable obligation of each official in our country,” Eling explained. There must be “no doubt, everyone who works for this state is opposed to the conviction of our constitution.”
