Rosneft Vice President Andrei Shishkin has left the company, Kommersant reported today, September 18, citing its own sources.
At Rosneft, Shishkin was responsible for the construction of the Zvezda shipyard; he was also the first director of Bashneft after its acquisition.
“Rosneft Vice President for Informatization, Innovation and Localization Andrei Shishkin has left the company, several Kommersant sources familiar with the situation said… His duties have been entrusted to the head of Rosneft’s equipment and technology localization department. Konstantin Laptev“, – says the publication.
In his previous role, Shishkin also oversaw the Department of Energy and the Department of Scientific and Technical Innovation and Development.
The source also recalls that Shishkin comes from the electric power industry. Previously, he headed the Ural Power Management Company and the Tyumen Power Sales Company. In 2008-2009, he was the first vice president of IES-Holding (now T Plus).
