Russian Orlan unmanned systems, created by the Special Technological Center (STC), can begin to be produced in partner countries within the framework of technological cooperation. This was announced by Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheev at the Airshow China 2024 international aerospace show in Zhuhai.
Rosoboronexport is actively negotiating with foreign companies on the organization of production of these unmanned aerial vehicles within the framework of technological cooperation in the partners’ territories. <> The demand for Orlan-10E and Orlan-30 reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles is really high. “This is due to the fact that these complexes have proven their high efficiency in real combat conditions.” – Mikheev told TASS.
As Mikheev noted, Orlan “solves tactical depth aerial reconnaissance tasks using a wide range of technical means.”
“Orlan-30 is also used to designate targets of high-precision guided munitions,” said the general director of Rosoboronexport.
