The opening of this disciplinary file results from the progress of the information file which was opened at the time, on the basis of the instructions transmitted by the Board of Directors and its interim Presidency to the HR and Organization Department. the CRTVE.
“The disciplinary file is based on the alleged non-compliance, by a worker, with the provisions of the RTVE collective agreement as well as the action manual of the evaluation committee, and is suspended due to the existence of well-founded indications of criminal offense. to the current practice of a police investigation in this sense”, RTVE detailed.
