The second round of direct conversations between Russia and Ukraine to discuss the conditions in a high fire began this Monday in Istanbul.
These two delegations plan to exchange their peaceful sentences from memory, although, as in the first meeting of May 16, the positions seem implacable.
The messengers of Kiva made the emissaries of the Kremlin with a document with their requests. Attack against Russian aviation
