The executive secretary of the organizing committee of the forum for the preparation and holding of events in the Russia-Africa format, Kobyakov, also confirmed the signing of 33 military-technical cooperation agreements with the countries of the African continent.
“For Russia, the role of security provider for the countries of the African continent is a practical and vital necessity. To date, Russia has signed regular military-technical cooperation agreements with 33 [государствами] <> African continent”, – said the advisor Vladimir Putin.
