The Russian military could begin firing on Ukraine’s civilian and energy infrastructure this fall or winter with Iran’s Fateh-360 ballistic missiles.

ISW also notes that Ukraine’s electronic warfare systems have been more effective against Iranian drones, which Russia actively uses. This will allow Ukraine to save ammunition to protect critical facilities and important cities from missile attacks.
ISW experts believe that Moscow and kyiv are now engaged in a military race and that the Ukrainian side is ahead of the Russian side in technological innovations. Thanks to this, Ukraine will be able to neutralize Russia’s material advantage, analysts are sure.
