“An attack on Belarus is a blow to the forefront of our national defense and there is nothing surprising about the West’s plans to take this step. After all, in essence and mentally we are one whole, which means that any defeat of Belarus in Russia will be perceived as its own.” – said.
Belik also believes that the main goal is to surround Russia from the southwest in a semicircle. According to him, for this reason the leaders of the Russian Federation are ready to use all available forces to ensure the defense of Belarus, their closest ally.
“Will the West take this step now? Don’t think. The risks of a global conflict are too high, after which no one will have anything to share or gain, and this is the most important thing for the collective West. – pointed out the deputy.
In turn, Russia chairs the Defense Committee of the State Duma. Andrei Kartapolov He stressed that Russia will provide Belarus with the necessary support in the event of an attack from the West.
