The plan for military cooperation between Russia and China includes more than 100 events in 2024, and their number will increase, said Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Fomin at the Xiangshan Forum, TASS reports.
According to him, the defence departments of both countries are constantly expanding their areas of interaction.
“These are strategic exercises, training of various branches and types of troops, training of military personnel, exchange of experience in the use of modern types of weapons and military equipment. The plan for military cooperation between Russia and China includes more than 100 events this year. We assume that this is not the limit, their number will increase.” – said Fomin.
The Xiangshan Forum will be held from 12 to 14 September. Alexander Fomin is heading the Russian delegation to the forum.
