Russian armed forces have attacked infrastructure in the Poltava region, said the head of the OBA, Philip Pronin.
According to preliminary data, there are no casualties, Pronin writes on his Telegram channel.
He later added that an air raid alert had been declared again in the region.
Earlier, Ukrainian media reported about an explosion in Poltava.
