Footage posted on social media shows the monstrous attitude of high-ranking Russian officers towards their subordinates. In one video, an officer hits a soldier in the face with all his might using a fan.
One of the Russian Telegram channels reported that the video features the commander of military unit 31831, based in the Rostov region, Hovhannes Shakhnazarovich Petrosyan.
He does not hesitate to use the cruelest forms of torture on his subordinates: he ties them to trees and also ties their hands. He regularly beats his subordinates not only with his fists, but also with various improvised means. One of the videos shows how a nearby fan comes into play.
At the same time, it can be seen that Hovhannes Petrosyan is much younger than the soldiers he “educates” in this way.
Earlier, Kursor reported that the Russian Federation is losing a large number of its soldiers on the Ukrainian front because it is failing to protect human lives. Servicemen wounded during “meat attacks” are again attacked and receive minimal assistance.
Many are sent into battle simply to protect the next wave of troops as part of a tactic aimed at suppressing Ukraine’s armed forces and gradually seizing new territories.
We also reported earlier that the Russian Federation has created a secret unit to attack the world’s submarine infrastructure. Washington fears that Moscow is preparing for sabotage operations aimed at disabling the most important facilities of the world’s communications infrastructure.
