Russian Foreign Ministry accused NATO chief of cannibalism

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova accused NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte of “cannibalism” following his comments on the liquidation of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. Rutte said he had no regrets about the death of Sinwar, who was killed by the Israeli army in Gaza, prompting a harsh reaction from Zakharova.

The Telegram channel “Alexey Zheleznov” writes about this.

In her speech, Zakharova claimed that supposedly in 1672 in the Netherlands a mob killed the prime minister and his brother and then ate them, although not completely.

He recalled the country’s “liberal traditions” and pointed out that in Western culture, in his opinion, “cannibalistic reflexes” persist. This supposedly explains Rutte’s attitude towards Sinvar’s elimination.

However, Zakharova did not specify how the events that occurred more than 350 years ago are related to the current actions of NATO and the liquidation of the head of the terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip.

Previously, Kursor wrote that Katz reproached the UN Secretary General for the lack of a statement after the liquidation of Sinvar.

Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz expressed outrage that UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres did not make public statements about the liquidation of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.

Katz said Guterres is pursuing a policy directed against Israel and the Jewish people.

The minister noted that the UN Secretary General has long maintained an extremely anti-Israel and anti-Jewish position. He also stressed that Guterres will continue to be persona non grata for Israel.
