Rosoboronexport presented a promotional video in which Russian Su-57s help the Chinese dragon defend the city from attacks by planes, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles.
The video was published on the official Telegram channel of the Russian company.
Strange animation and strange idea: social media users comment. But apparently nothing bothers the creator of the ad. They show how the dragon destroys helicopters similar to the American Bell 360 Invictus.
Then bigger “threats” appear in the sky: drones and planes. In addition, the unmanned vehicles are similar to the Bayraktar TB2 reconnaissance and attack drones, which were used, in particular, by Ukraine.
“The dragon was probably preparing to die under the attack of such power, but then the Su-57s come to the rescue and defeat everyone, literally dodging missiles like in that same Top Gun: Maverick clip,” the military observer commented. Yigal Levin. in the video.
The video was made for the Chinese aviation exhibition Airshow China 2024, where the Russians presented their Su-57.
Visitors to the exhibition drew attention to the rather low build quality of the aircraft and the fact that the fighter did not meet the requirements of the fifth generation.
The Russians later announced that they had finally been able to sell the Su-57, but did not name the potential buyers or the number of fighters sold.
Recall that previously information about export contracts for the Su-57 appeared in the media many times, but none of them were confirmed. The Russian Federation’s main foreign partner in the fifth-generation fighter program, India, abandoned it in 2018 with a scandal.
