Russian units of the “South” troop group, as a result of active offensive actions, liberated the village of Zoryanoye, Donetsk People’s Republic.
This is stated in the latest military report, published on Saturday, October 19 on the official resources of the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“As a result of the successful actions of the units of the “South” troop group, the village of Zoryanoye of the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated,” – says the report.
It is also reported that our servicemen defeated the personnel and equipment of the 54th mechanized brigade, 59th motorized infantry, 3rd and 10th mountain assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 119th military defense brigade.
The fighting took place in the areas of the Konstantinovka, Kurakhovo, Nikiforovka and Zvanovka settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic. In addition, two counterattacks by enemy assault groups were repelled.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the daily losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction amounted to 830 servicemen, two vehicles and two Enklav-N electronic warfare stations.
