In October this year, gas consumption in Russia turned out to be the maximum for this month.

Gazprom also stated that on November 1 the company began extracting gas from underground storage facilities in Russia.
“In the winter of 2024/2025, Gazprom had created an operational gas reserve of 73.034 million cubic meters in Russian storage facilities. m. This is an absolute record for the domestic gas industry. Traditionally, a high level of reserves in underground gas storage facilities allows the company to successfully cope with seasonal fluctuations in demand. For example, during sudden cold snaps, Gazprom has the ability to quickly increase gas supplies to consumers.” – Gazprom reported.
